| The development of the Town Centre is one of the important criteria in the expansion and development of the whole of Pasir Gudang area. Hence, the City Council has made it an effort to build a shopping and office complex in Pasir Gudang. The three-storey building is officially opened on 12 April 1986 with a building cost of RM 33.9 million. It has floor area of which can be rented, the size of 144,306 square feet with 58 business space units. This Complex accommodates financial institutions, Post Office, Tenaga Nasional Office and other public facilities such as a library and food stalls. Currently upgrading works have been conducted since July 1997. | ||
