Pasir Gudang World Kite Festival Is a prestigious annual event and had been listed in Johor Tourism Calendar in particular and Malaysia in general. The well success festival is organized since 1995 by Pasir Gudang Municipal Council (MPPG) with the cooperation of Johor Tourism Department, Johor Art and Culture Department and Johor Kite Association.

           With its own uniqueness and distinctive attraction, the festival has always been intriguing to the visitors and tourist whom come to witness the kite’s fraternity across all continent creativity and passion through their remarkable and colorful design of kite at Bukit Layang-Layang, Taman Bandar, Pasir Gudang, Johor, Malaysia. Not forgotten our own National Kite from all over the country that vibrant and proud in showing the art of traditional Malaysia kites made of natural substances such as bamboo and paper based motif with and incredible enthusiastic value.
